(More customer reviews)This is great sounding system. If you have a large living room installation, it isn't right for you, however. Get the next system up from Sony with the powered sub-woofer. That said, if you are going to be using this system in an average size den or entertainment room (like, say 12'x15' or 15'x15') or bedroom, it is perfect!
The system has worked flawlessly for me. Installation was the easiest I have ever done, thanks to Sony's making all connections color-coded. The remote is easy to use and the DVD player has presented no problems. I had a speaker that didn't sound right to me, I call Sony Support, and they sent me a replacement speaker and a call tag for the suspect one, all by next day air!!
