(More customer reviews)The remote looks very cool and was easy to set up, but it the end it went back. The scroll wheel is isn't that smooth and while clever is really annoying since you need to scroll through the different actions or devices.Direct access to functions would be easier and quicker. Also, touch screen would shut down quickly (probably to conserve batteries) but it became annoying since it was too quick. Decided to try the Harmony One.
