(More customer reviews)First, let me say that what we received did not look like the picture, nor did it match the photo on the box, nor did it match the directions included in the box for mounting. At some point the manufacturer has apparently decided not to include the inside pivotal piece plus the hardware provided is silver instead of black.
Long story short, the manufacturer (not the seller) sent us the 3-part mounts with black hardware. It installed beautifully and is perfect for our small Sony surround sound speakers. So if you can get the 3-part mounts that look like the photo, I'd give it an easy 5 stars. If you get the 2-part mounts - now the bottom piece is supposed to be mounted upside down (an unfinished look) with silver hardware (even more unattractive) - then I give these mounts 2 stars.
